Frequently Asked Questions
What areas does Scoop & Go clean?
Scoop & Go will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do I have to sign a contract for service?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
Are your services available year round?
Yes! Scoop & Go provides services all year - even in the winter! We will still show up to provide services.
What kind of pet waste do you clean up?
We scoop canine dog waste only. We get many requests to scoop cat, turtle, horse, and even turkey poop! However, we must turn those offers down. There’s plenty of dog waste that needs our utmost attention, and we are the dedicated doggy doo-doo heroes tasked with keeping your yard safe and clean!
How does it work?
On the day of your scheduled service, you will receive a text message when we complete the job prior to yours and we are en-route to your home. Normally, our routes are very densely curated, so our technician can be just minutes away on average. When we arrive for your first service, our friendly technician will come to your door and introduce himself and go over any questions or concerns you may have. If you’re not home, not a problem! We will proceed to perform our expert service in your yard! Our skilled technicians are trained to walk in a “lawnmower” grid style pattern to ensure we don’t overlook any waste. Once your tech has made several passes over your yard, they will make a final thorough inspection of the area before completing service. Technicians will check the entire service area, including sides of your house, behind sheds, pools, rocks and bark or any specific areas mentioned at signup. After final inspection is complete, waste bags are tied up nice and secure and disposed of in your garbage waste receptacle and we make sure your gate is secured properly upon our departure with our ‘triple check” system to ensure your pooper stays put and your property is safe!
How does Scoop & Go handle dog safety?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Scoop & Go. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
Can my dog be in the yard during cleaning?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, we simply ask that they be placed inside.
What is the cost for a professional Scoop & Go service?
Scoop & Go has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $79 and $139 per month.
Do you offer any other services or products?
